Ding Repair

In order to be able to give you a real estimate for your surfboard ding damage we would need to inspect every ding to be repaired, this way we can deeply see how bad the damage is to make sure the repaired is done properly, to avoid any future major damages or misunderstanding.

Procedure:

The repair needs to be sanded, to ensure any damage glass or foam is removed to avoid soft spots, prep the damage, add more foam or "fiber particles"(filler), fiberglass, resin, sanding finish, QC and back to the area of drop-off.

ERT (Estimated Ready Time)

This is calculated based on weather season (rainy season or summer) as well as factory flow and quantity of repairs in process. We like to give 2 to 3 weeks, though your board may be ready before.  If you would like your board in less time, we are able to expedite your board and charge a fee. Please note, some repairs are able to be completed the following day and some are not depending on the extent of damage.
